The outbound effort ledger
Sends is a calm tracker for everything you send into the world — pitches, applications, cold emails, grant submissions, freelance proposals. Log each one, set a follow-up date if you want, watch the response rate emerge over time.
How it works
Log a send the moment it goes out: title, target, kind, optional link to the deck/posting/grant page, optional follow-up date. As things happen, change the status from the row's ⋯ menu — Sent, Responded, Progressing, Done, Rejected, **Ghosted**. The outcome note is free text for tracking the conversation as it evolves: replies, next steps, lessons.
Why "ghosted" is a first-class status
Because the alternative — "follow up indefinitely" — is a lie. Sends refuses to keep an active row for a thread that's been silent for 90 days. Naming it ghosted lets you close it honestly and move on. Three other closed states (Done, Rejected, Ghosted) accept reality; three active states (Sent, Responded, Progressing) reflect what's actually in flight.
Built to be quiet
No CRM features. No revenue metrics. No "deal value" or "probability of close" columns. No notifications. No streaks. Follow-up dates show as a small chip when overdue — that's the loudest the app gets.
One simple price.
- Unlimited sends
